Who fulfills courtesy copy orders?
Green Filing has partnered with One Legal to fulfill courtesy copy delivery orders generated through our platform.
How soon after I submit my filing will the copies be delivered to the judge?
The documents are sent to delivery team's queue upon submission of the filing where they will print and deliver your order within a business day. Any order submitted on the weekend or court holiday will be considered as submitted on the next business day.
Is there a cut off time for next day and same day delivery?
There is an 11:00 AM submission deadline for next day and same day delivery.
Will my delivery fees be refunded if the filing clerk rejects my filing?
Refunds are not given for rejected filngs as the delivery team begins their process immediately upon receiving the documents whether the filing clerk has begun their review or not. However, if the filing clerk rejects your filing and the documents are the same in your corrected resubmission of the filing to the clerk, you would not need to request courtesy copy delivery in the new submission.
