Ventura Superior Court Implementation of Electronic Filing

Effective December 9, 2024, the Ventura Superior Court will implement permissive electronic filing of documents in Unlimited Civil, Limited Civil, Small Claims, and Probate case types.

eDelivery will no longer be available for submission of Unlimited Civil, Limited Civil, Small Claims, and Probate documents after 4:00 p.m., on December 6, 2024. eDelivery will continue to be available for submission of Family Law documents.
