Green Filing offers attorneys a user-friendly option as select California Superior Courts move to mandatory electronic filing.

Richmond, Indiana (December, 2015) – As the Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Merced, and Kings County Superior Court’s move to mandatory electronic filing in January and February of 2016, Green Filing fills a void and offers filers a choice. Filers may now choose to e-file with Green Filing’s enhanced services rather than the Court’s basic e-filing portal.

Green Filing Becomes the Indiana State Courts’ First Certified Alternative E-Filing Service Provider

Richmond, Indiana (November 19, 2015) – The Indiana Supreme Court has certified Green Filing, headquartered in Richmond, Indiana, as an e-filing service provider. As a result, the power of choice has been granted to Indiana attorneys and residents filing documents in Indiana trial and appellate courts. Filers may now choose to e-file with Green Filing’s enhanced services or use the Court’s basic e-filing portal
